• Prices are shown in EUR, charge is only in RSD calculated with daily Dinar rate of National Bank of Serbia
• Room price, shown in the price list, is only for single use, and supplement for second person will be applied and charged by the official price list

• Children younger than 7 years are staying free of charge in the shared room with adult, and children from 8 to 12 years, are paying 50% of the regular price also in room shared with adult
• Adult person is obligated to show personal ID of the child in the hotel

RESERVATIONS (for 5 or less persons)
DAMAGE CHARGE IN THE CASE OF NO SHOW
In the case of no show when the room/s is already booked, hotel keeps the right to charge:
● Price of the booked service (bed and breakfast) for one day, if the guest booked the standard rate
● Price of the booked service (bed and breakfast) for the total amount, if the guest booked non refundable rate
DAMAGE CHARGE POLICY IN THE CASE OF BOOKING CANCELLATION
No charge cancellation is possible up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If canceled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, hotel keeps the right to charge:
● Price of the booked service (bed and breakfast) for one day, if the guest booked the standard rate
● Price of the booked service (bed and breakfast) for the total amount, if the guest booked non refundable rate
DAMAGE CHARGE POLICY IN THE CASE OF BOOKING ABBREVIATION
In the case of abbreviation notified less than 24 hours prior to the change, hotel keeps the right to charge the damage in the amount of 25 EUR in RSD currency in the day rate of National Bank of Serbia
GROUP RESERVATIONS (MORE THAN 5 ROOMS)
DAMAGE CHARGE POLICY IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE GROUP
Cancellation of the announced and confirmed group, has to be sent in written form by the group representative. Confirmed group reservation is the one where the group representative agreed with all the conditions in written, or by paying an advance. Both of the contract sides are agreed that the group representative can cancel the group only in next conditions:
● If canceled more than 4 weeks before arrival, it is free of charge
● If canceled less than 4 but more than 2 weeks before arrival, hotel keeps the right to charge 10% of the total agreed cost for the group
● If canceled less than 14 but more than 7 days before arrival, hotel keeps the right to charge 40% of the total agreed cost for the group
● If canceled less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before arrival, hotel keeps the right to charge 50% of the total agreed cost for the group
● If canceled 24 hours before agreed arrival, hotel keeps the right to charge 80% of the total agreed cost for the group
OTHER DAMAGE CHARGE POLICIES
Hotel keeps the right to remove suspicious and inappropriate guest(s) from the hotel. If its estimated that the behavior of the guest/group could be harmful for the peaceful environment of other guests, employees as well as the complete image of the hotel, hotel keeps the right to remove the guest/group from the hotel. In this case, guest/group, does not have the right to charge the damage from hotel.
If there is a material damage in hotel, done by its guests/group, hotel keeps the right to charge the damage due to its original price, or on the basis of the record made for specific cases, that are not defined in the price list.
